Working Days: Mon-Fri (8.00am-6.00pm)
Salary : RM4000.00 /monthly (Depends on experience)
Job Description
1. Conducting business reviews to ensure stockiest achieve their target and oversees issue faced by distributors
2. Ensure all distributors are registered in the system as well as designated social media channel for easy monitoring and tracking on distributors progress
3. Ensure distributors are alert with the latest products promotion and conducts training for new distributors
4. Attending meetings with distributors to build relationships with existing distributors
5. Conducts and handle “Genius Circle Meeting” once in 2 months
6. Working closely with Marketing Manager on product promotion
7. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by distributors
8. Carrying out distributors satisfaction surveys and reviews
9. Monitoring distributors company performance against Service Level Agreements (SLA) and flagging potential issues. Liaise with legal department should there is a need to do so
10. Ensure the distributors system is updated at all time to ensure accuracy of number of active/inactive distributors as well sales performance
11. Ensure and Monitor all the distributors follow all the regulatory/laws for businesses
12. Prepare weekly report and present to Management
Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Public Relation, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills
4. Previous experience working as a Relationship Manager or track record of managing client relationship
5. Preferably Manager specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
6. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
7. Excellent in product knowledge & marketing
